How do I store my cake after pickup/delivery?

If you still have time before your event put the cake in the fridge. This will help the cake hold its moisture in and keep it delicious!

How do store my cake once I've already cut into it?

You can do this two ways:
1- If you want to have it for a while you can cover it with saran wrap and foil and freeze it for a few months.
2 - If you temporarily want to store it, you can cut it up and place the cake into an air-tight container and store it up to a week.

Do you deliver?

Yes! I deliver for an extra fee of $10 per 30 minutes and I will deliver for up to one hour away; however, if your event is more than one your away, we can meet at a midpoint to deliver. 
 
Please note that all tiered cakes will have to be delivered.

Question 4

Do you provide the cake decortions (toppers, flowers, etc.)?"

Accepted Answer

Yes! I provide edible decorations on the cake, such as: chocolate, macarons, different food, etc. and I also provide decorations on the cake that include: florals, cake toppers, candles, etc.
 
Please note that for these decorations, it will include a price increase to buy and order them.
Also, if you are having a florist for your event and want flowers for your cake, you must provide those prior to the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

The initial 50% deposit to reserve your order is non-refundable. So, if you cancel your event the initial amount that you deposited will not be refunded, but the other 50% that you would pay on the day of your event will not have to be paid. I do this cancellation policy because a lot of preparation goes into the orders in advance.

How far in advance do I need to book by order and what's the latest I can book my order?

Accepted Answer

I say the earlier the better for booking! And, the latest you can book an order is one week before the event. And, keep in mind that the later you book the less chance there is an opening for that day.
